Woodrow Wilson became the first president to watch a World Series game when he attended Game 2 of the Fall Classic at the Baker Bowl in Philadelphia. In addition to hitting the go-ahead single in the ninth inning, Red Sox right-hander Rube Foster limits the Phillies to just three hits en route to a 2-1 victory, evening the series at one game apiece.
